RETAIL TERMS + CONDITIONS
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All items are handmade and/or made to order and all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, unless the item arrives with significant defects not related to shipment, or an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error. No exceptions are made if damages occur when cared for not as described by the care instructions. Since all apparel is created by hand, care must be taken to avoid damages from machine washing and excessive wear-and-tear. However, all pieces are made to last, and in the case of small damages or irregularties when washing or normal wear, see the REPAIR section below for information on complementary repair.
EXCHANGES
All efforts are made to provide accurate sizing information for each item, however, if an item arrives and it doesn't fit as expected, exchanges are accepted given that a suitable replacement size is in stock. If no stock is available and production isn't an option, a store credit/partial refund or full refund may be issued.
REPAIRS
If during the course of an item's lifetime small damages occur from normal wear and tear, or from washing an item as directed by the given care instruction, send an e-mail to [email protected] with photos or a description of repairs and the item will be repaired free of charge, provided shipping costs are covered.
SHIPPING
Unless noted in the product description, all orders will be processed in 1-2 weeks and should arrive within standard USPS shipping times, 2-5 days US domestic and 2-4 weeks international. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays. Made-to-order or pre-order processing times will be noted in the product descriptions.
SERVICE TERMS + CONDITIONS
PRE-PRODUCTION
- A 50% down payment is required upon order placement. Production begins as soon as down payment is received and deposited. No services will be rendered without or before downpayment.
- A digital mock-up of the garment will be sent before production. Mock-up must be approved before printing. We may send a photo of the first print before production to allow for minor adjustments upon your request. No modifications will be honored after mock-up and/or first print is approved.
- Unless a due date is explicitly agreed upon, all orders have a turnaround of 1-3 weeks after down payment is received. Turnaround may vary depending on order quantity, position in queue, or unforeseen circumstances. No deadline under two weeks can be guaranteed without a 25% rush order fee.
- Rush orders (i.e. orders with a due date under 2 weeks) are subject to a 25% rush order fee at our discretion. Orders with a due date under two weeks without a rush order fee cannot be guaranteed delivered by due date.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
- Full payment is due upon order delivery. A net-15 payment plan is available with prior approval. A late fee of 5% will be charged for payments made after 15 days. No deliveries will be made without full payment.
- Payments are accepted via cash, check, and card via PayPal. PayPal invoices will incur a 3.5% processing fee. Payments made by check must be handed off in-person (local deliveries only) or mailed with a Certificate of Mailing. Failure to do so may delay order delivery.
CONCERNS
- Please open and inspect deliveries immediately. All concerns with your order must be addressed to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Any defects during printing are subject to a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
- All orders are final. Once garments have been printed, the order is unable to be canceled and is non refundable. If for any reason an order needs to be canceled mid-production, contact us immediately to cease production. Refunds for unprinted garments may be honored on a case-by-case basis, less a restocking fee.
